And much more disturbing than that, the above quote says "Bill and Gail" on top.
Until you brought it up, I wasn't even going to go there.![]()

Nursery rhymes for me!Good grief, drum and bass from Alfie and dance music from Breedon what on earth is going on here? Did the population of cyclechat suddenly get cool whilst my back was turned? Adam or Goldwolfie please return some decorum to this forum and let me know that you listen to the Brighouse and Rastrick brass band whilst pedalling!
The bear went over the mountain.....Nursery rhymes for me!
Jack and Bill went up the hill......
Just send an email to info@bkool.comAndy, I see you have a KICKR and until recently KICKR riders got no freewheeling and downhills were like flats so at least there is a move in the right direction.
I see you are 95kg so you will descend pretty quick compared with us lighter riders.
Do you accelerate immediately on a descent or do you acclerate slowly?
On my Classic I used to immediately go to my max slope speed but now with my Pro I accelerate to it,perhaps slower than reality.
I am suprised you get any blue speeds in a velodrome session as this should be only for slope transitions, steeper slopes and descents so that is an anomoly that needs reporting.
Our bears are still asleep..music is a great motivator. I have an old iPhone I leave on the bike with Bluetooth ear buds it has different play lists for climbs, rides, and races. Kipster had a post earlier and he listens to extra-terrestrial minimal surf-punk party music. After a quick look on Strava I now realise why it is a bit quiet on here today, you have all been on your bicycles, in the outdoors, where there are bears and wolves and stuff!
There is also cake and bacon sandwiches out thereAfter a quick look on Strava I now realise why it is a bit quiet on here today, you have all been on your bicycles, in the outdoors, where there are bears and wolves and stuff!

I need to ride it today but planned on this afternoon. But really as far as you're concerned the only difference would be a name below yours with an ever increasing time.Who wants to be Jack today?
Mountain Goat League closing soon. Probably still open tomorrow but I'm heading up Oviedo Ciclismo (last stage) in 40 mins @ 5pm with 10 min warmup. Join me from the Live tab.

That is very impressive!Yep out at 6.30 AM and did some strava segments that i can't do later due to the traffic, only 6 miles off from doing 300 miles this week did think about doing a goat stage later which is the night ride but not sure if I'll be able to make it.
