No, it stinks! I pressure washed the inside, remember. Can you not set the bkool up in the caravan![]()
I've move down to the shorter audax ride on saturday, so only about 93 miles in total (i may round up to the ton), so I might possibly put in an appearence, but not sure I would put in a good time. If it does work out to be a tougher ride now, I'm sure Geoff will amend last years time appropriately. I think i would be approx the same time as Adam puts in, so happy to start with him in the handicap race, based on whatever his new time is.I may join you Add's. Would be good to get a few of us together.

for Adam's eye's only *** dont put in a quick one now ***
Given that the time difference between Bill and me seems to be fairly consistent, I would expect a time of 30:36. Perfect for a step up in jersey by the looks of it.
I'm out of town again. In fact up early to catch the 6 am plane. But looking forward to Saturday. It's looking like I might have to miss tonight's Chaingang, as my son has rather selfishly taken it upon himself to turn 9 today.
We have family coming round, and my wife is of the opinion that my topless, sweaty torso and tortured heavy breathing being broadcast from the end of the very table at which they will be dining, is not befitting a 9 year old's birthday party.
I can see no problem with it, but my side of the debate appears to be sinking rapidly.
Still, you never know, after all who'd have thought Trump would have made it this far?
You're 'avin' a larf LB. With your extra w/kg I'll be lucky to stay with you all the way up that hill. That time difference that you mention only seems to be relevant to up down up down rides due to the sling shots so there's no way you'll take more than 30 mins.
However, if you and I started at the same time we could help each other to catch up with the others and try to stay ahead of AAAC as it's looking like he'll be tempted by this one. I'm guessing a time of 24mins for AAAC now that he's gone pro7.![]()
Oh Bill, I think you doth protest too muchThat extra minute on your record time suggests you are getting stronger and faster. We want a real battle between you guys for the front spot and ideally a photo finish

Geoff. Reading between the lines I think that what Bob is really trying to say is he'd like to be starting alongside myself and LB to help out with the drafting. He does tend to say things in a roundabout way but I'm getting used to deciphering his posts.
Essentially the simulator doesn't seem to properly handle the acceleration from a complete stop. So you might lay down 400W for 30 seconds on a flatish start before you're even going 15mph. Geoff's video of your start and mine on the last handicap race showed it painfully well. What!
We are hindered going up hill as well?
I think Bkool is deliberately holding us back cos only proper cyclists use kickr s
Feeling victimized![]()
You may have a point there, although I do se a few spikes. Anyway, there's two more runs to perfect the handicap, so Geoff, I'm ok with having same start time as Bill. You're 'avin' a larf LB.
