Randy is getting quite an education on here. Perhaps he should enter their equivalent of Mastermind with the chosen topic
"Obscure British Cultural references on Cyclechat bkool forum"
The first time we went to New Zealand my wife quit saying my name because the young girls would giggle. And asking for a napkin resulted in finding out that is what goes on a babies bum.
On my bkool profile it has raised my max heart rate as my fitness improved.
And the most apt description the Google had for Charlie Dimmock was horticultural Viagra.

The likes of Bob probably does more than that in stretching exercises before he even starts his half hour warm-up.

Bill, the thing is you are right:ohmy: I have to do stretches and strange exercises on the floor to stretch or rather loosen the IT band in my right leg and loosen up the right knee. Its the only way i end up with more than one leg for a ride;) Then i have to have an ice pack waiting for when i finish. And i am supposed to use a roller before the ice pack:rolleyes:
Right, there's my excuses in the ring:biggrin:

I can't make tonight (not to race anyway) as I have another bought of adominal cramps, no idea what is causing them, but i've had three episodes in as many months after 12 months of none at all (after I gave up coffee).
I might join just to spin the legs up, if I do i'll start early and let others draft me again (although it's uphill so not much drafting effect).

The fact you have to go through all that hoopla makes the fact you completely beast every race even more impressive. But it doesn't help your excuse rating I'm afraid.

1/10....

5/10 kipster

Doesn't sound like much fun at all mate. But I'm afraid imminent death only allows you to earn a 9/10 so a 5 it'll have to be!

My knee is making an odd clicking noise and I seem to be suffering from verbal diarrhea not sure how they go as excuses?
