Bit strange, when I finished the ride Bkool showed I was 10 secs quicker than my previous attempt - however recorded times showed me 2 secs quicker. Do you think it's to do with a moving start ?

Maybe a bit long? It took 1.5 hours for some.

I think handicap sessions are best when the slowest (me ) take 40-50 minutes and the quickest about 30 minutes. Any longer and it becomes a lower level of effort not a max level.

My legs went bang last night and could not deliver any more, but due to the length I could push on and finish :bicycle:. The thought of trying to do that over 1 and a 1/2 hours in not attractive :headshake:.

I suspect you were looking at your previous time as 33.28 which was the total time including the "warm down" at the end - just the few seconds for the rear wheel to stop spinning before you saved it. The actual moving time for your first attempt was 33.20 which is what shows in the league results.

Unfortunately Bkool still insist on showing the total time including any warm up/down at the top of the ride details page - and exports it to Strava - which I've told them loads of times is really annoying and pointless, but they continue doing it!

Make sense?

Away visiting family for the Easter weekend and in danger of therefore missing the final chaingang stage

Would it be wrong to take the Bkool with me I wonder....?

I'm sure none of my family are likely to consider this slightly weird and a bit obsessive are they...?

@RickB - how long have you set the final stage to be available for, after Saturday's re-run?

Well don't know how the time I did compared to last time. But I am poopped :surrender:. I held most of you off until 2 miles from the end which was better than last time .

Bridgy went past and it went to pot after that :B) 2nd to 2nd from last in 2 miles . Thanks for the encouragement but by then the legs had gone. I'm not sure where they went but they were not pushin pedals :cursing:
I ran out of juice about half way. I was trying to offer some drafting assistance at the finish, but I guess those hills at the end made that very difficult.

I ran out of juice as well, so would have preferred if you had slowed to offer some drafting assistance nearer the beginning.
You call that running out of juice? My legs felt like jelly and I couldn't stay with you for more than a second when you passed me.

It's set to close on the Saturday which will likely mean it closes at some random time on sunday 3rd if things go as they normally do. Couldn't leave it open for long as I have to start a new league the next week. You away over that weekend Bridgey?
