Yeah it was a bit eerie. Didn't know how hard to push as I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm not sure I'm ever going to be a mountain goat but I can probably push a little harder next time. Well done all. Good fun.
Thankyou, yes , but completely unsustainable for anymore than 30 - 35 minutes. And once again, low cadence, standing up, grinding it out...good power, maybe, but poor style. That's serious watts your getting there Adam. Well ahead of me now man!
Maybe so but still more than I could do!Thankyou, yes , but completely unsustainable for anymore than 30 - 35 minutes. And once again, low cadence, standing up, grinding it out...good power, maybe, but poor style.
Cheers @RickB so can I assume there's no way to get it included in the league. It's looking like you maybe were too quick off the mark! Although the league is now live none of the stages are active yet. Stage 1 SHOULD be but isn't yet. Better be by tomorrow for the chaingang!
By the way @BILL S , you ok to start tomorrow's session (assuming it's gone live by then!)
I was watching @Goldwolfie he was brilliant I could feel my legs burning just by watching him.
If you do a short run of stage 1 again when it's live I can adjust that run to match the time you did today.Cheers @RickB so can I assume there's no way to get it included in the league.

. Was late home due to an over run and then fell asleep in front of the boob toob waiting for the autobus start time
. I'll have to do the session on Friday evening, solo
.Superb ride GW. I watched most of it and you kept the power on the whole way!It didn't feel brilliant, and I think I caught the wrong bus, it was going that slow I thought I was going to have to get of and start pushing, but at least it got to the top eventually.
Thanks though to Breedon and Whorty for the great encouragement, and I've got to say Stuart was brilliant staying with me for the first 5 miles - really appreciated.
That hurt and I think I'll be sleeping downstairs tonight and I'm not looking forward to the morning commute to the station.
Well done to all, at least it's off my list now and I won't be rushing back to try again.
I am indeed Rick.By the way @BILL S , you ok to start tomorrow's session (assuming it's gone live by then!)

Or having done it once and been absolutely battered by itGoldwolfie,
I don't think you realise how ' huez works in Bkool. No one does it the once. It's always there and any time we might do is always waiting to be bettered. You set a great marker. But it won't be long before you feel the need to beat it![]()
, you only ever dare to look at it out the corner of your eye and hope it doesn't notice you
