Just done a 11.2k :bicycle: session :heat:, just goes to prove, don't go to bed at 3am get up a few hours later :tired:, then go for a walk and expect to break your record
now legs hurt and I want to sleep :tired:, but got 2 proposal to write for work :B)

Had a late night for me and went out in the real world today for first club run. A little tired after going further than planned. The fitness curve is hard at first but rises rapidly. :okay:

It only works out as 3.81 w/kg on average over six hours which is doable but being able to still pull out 4.89 w/kg for 20 mins and somehow manage huge numbers in a sprint after six hours of difficult racing is more impressive. Any long ride over 5 hours no matter what pace my legs suffer a bit putting out and big peak numbers.

But compared to a hard multi stage race like the tour they are inhuman doing 6w/kg after days of hard riding up a climb for 40 mins and then having attacks on that climbing going over threshold is madness.

Blimey it's quiet in here today.

I can't believe everyone's decided to actually do some work, and on the same day! The odds on that happening are so rediculous I can only assume the servers been down all day.

I quite fancy doing the roller coaster course from last month tonight if anyone fancies joining me. Also does anyone know what it's actually called so I can find it

I liked it as well. 'twas thinking it'd make a good course for the handicap if it could be shortened slightly, say taking out the last bump or two.

I'm going to miss tomorrow's handicap, but may be able to jump on the trainer this afternoon. If you're doing that roller coaster ride, I'll certainly join in.

If you go into the leagues section there is a tab for past leagues. You should be able to get to it from there.

I think that's it cheers bridgy. Thanks for the tip boxers I'll try that next time.

I put my daughter in bed at 7:30 so I'll start a warm up at 8 if anyone fancies a spin at that time. Obviously everyone's welcome.

Turns out it suits me best to get my ride done earlier than that so I won't be able to join you unfortunately. Have a good ride
