Due to start tomorrow!
It looks as though AAAC had a sneaky preview run and that is the result showing. Hopefully, it will eventually factor in his 8pm run!
You would be very welcomeMight try to join y'all for a re-run.

It looks like slow motion, I may try and produce a version speeded, or just watch it in VLC at 2x or 3x
Well done everyone who took part, it looked like quite a slog, having ridden that hill many times in Real Life, I wouldn't want to do it three times in a row at any weight!

Can I join in too? I want to try it in a higher gear rather than spin as I did yesterday. Always nice to have company rather than do it on my own.You would be very welcome
Regarding blue numbers I did see some, when I was able to spin up on the less steep bits(that maybe of been a sensation of easy compared to 10%) and then could ease back for a few seconds the blues arrived.
It was quite a close tussle between Bob, Berty and me for a while, mid race.![]()

It wasfirst time in ages my heart rate has stayed consistently in the 160's rather than 150's which says something about the effort needed to keep ahead of you two regardless of weight.
An incentive to get your real weight to 58kgs?!Power/Kg handicap really does make it much closer race.Oh and did I mention, I still cant believe I beat Bill S

And it wasn't a close thing either. I think I got an early lead for a few seconds after we passed the 0.1 mile marker but almost everyone just picked me off after that. I'm not sure why but it felt somehow slow to me compared to usual. I had low tyre pressure to deal with the slope but that shouldn't have caused a problem at the speeds we were going. My power reading seemed lower than expected which is a bit of a mystery, but it could easily just have been me not making enough power even though it felt like I was. Absolutely nothing I could have done to go any faster though. I'm wondering if I should put on a different tyre and join tonight's session and see if there's a difference.
