I'm looking at doing the summer cup stage 5 tomorrow. However I am a little concerned

. As you all know I can descend at an extreme rate, hell I've even bested AAAC down some of the descents on bkool

. The thing is this. After seeing the leaders of both road races in rio crash out with severe injuries on the last descent I am wondering if I should do what I normally do and go for it

. Or do I take a slightly more sedate pace and hope that my classic trainer doesn't decide to kick me to the side of the living room
