BINGO !! thats the toes done ! hurts don't it
My major medical infliction, heart disease, gives me very little trouble at all, probably on or two wobbles per year.
My inflamed prostrate however is a real pain in the behind, almost literally.
Saddle discomfort only happens when it is a bit angry but the almost constant nagging feeling that you need the bathroom drives you nuts sometimes.
I'll be fine and then I sit down somewhere and bang you suddenly need the loo.
Mentally I am learning to fight it and I have upped my water intake as for a long time I tried to avoid it in order to avoid the bladder filling up but apparently that just made it worse as my bladder shrunk and the more concentrated urine just irritates the water works.
The other downside of not drinking enough is constipation and then that can lead to piles.
Put yourself in a queue in a theme park or on a plane with the seat belt signs on and then press the I was a pee button and it drives you absolutely nuts.
Add constipation and then press I need to dump button and you can turn into a gibbering wreck and hopefully not a smelly wet one
When it first started I once got out of our car at some traffic lights and left the wife sitting in the passenger seat but I have got used to the feeling now and can control it more.
Sometimes I wish I could just swap it all for a painful joint or something but in a way I should thank my lucky stars, after all peeing yourself never killed anyone (unless it involves electricity) and it is a sure way to get you notice in a crowd.
Perhaps I should take up swimming! (and perhaps stick to open water swimming and not public pools).

. I was born broken with 2 dud ankles. Cycling and swimming are about the only physical sports I can do without being crippled for 2 days after. No impact and very little twisting involved on my ankles. Hot spikes through the ankle joints with a side order of crushed glass.
. I could play a round of golf but not get out of the car after driving home. The release of pressure brings on the symptoms

.

Never realised such an innocuous illness could be so painful, and i've dislocated shoulders and had it pushed back in to continue the footy game and that wasn't as bad
