In denmark we have A, B,C and D category riders. The Category B TT Champ averages about 60-70 watt more than me (I'm doing a TT series called Chrono Cup where we regular race together). He is able to beat some of the category A riders in this discipline. Category A has several world tour riders, but they are of course not among the riders he is able to beat.
Hellboy averaged almost 85 watt more than me, so he would almost surely be a category A rider, but maybe just below pro-continental level or knocking on the door at this level.

. For most it would be 'wow they are great'
, but hiding it it now becomes
'how did they do that????'
. Very strange evening that went totally different to how I expected, considering how unmotivated I felt when I started the session. Anyway, it seemed like a good plan if me, Bob & AAAC could stick together so we started out fairly slow and kept it that way until a fair way through. I just assumed that we were much slower that my Thursday time so was very surprised to just now find out that we were quicker. Looks like a slower steady start can work better than our usual flat out approach so instead of slowing down throughout the session its the opposite and the end can be much quicker. Also it seemed easier.
