Hellboys stats, you can view them through anyone's session stats, I went in via Bills
That's 36.5 mph in English

Ok, trying to set things in perspective:
In denmark we have A, B,C and D category riders. The Category B TT Champ averages about 60-70 watt more than me (I'm doing a TT series called Chrono Cup where we regular race together). He is able to beat some of the category A riders in this discipline. Category A has several world tour riders, but they are of course not among the riders he is able to beat.

Hellboy averaged almost 85 watt more than me, so he would almost surely be a category A rider, but maybe just below pro-continental level or knocking on the door at this level.

Couldn't make it this afternoon was away collecting new dog. Following Bkool Cycle chat tradition he is named after a fellow cycle chat member...........@bobinski

Meet Bob for short the rather superior looking black gundog trained lab in the background, not the derpy yellow one in the front.

It is a shame that people don't allow visibility of their stats and then go and do a session like that . For most it would be 'wow they are great' :notworthy:, but hiding it it now becomes  'how did they do that????'

Bill and I were only a few seconds of my Friday time and we spent half the session going backwards!
Good going Bill, I thought you were going to get me on the line.
Bob - What weight are you riding at, 'go down hil quick and uphill slow weight'?

Couldn't have done it without you AAAC . Very strange evening that went totally different to how I expected, considering how unmotivated I felt when I started the session. Anyway, it seemed like a good plan if me, Bob & AAAC could stick together so we started out fairly slow and kept it that way until a fair way through. I just assumed that we were much slower that my Thursday time so was very surprised to just now find out that we were quicker. Looks like a slower steady start can work better than our usual flat out approach so instead of slowing down throughout the session its the opposite and the end can be much quicker. Also it seemed easier.
After climbing off the turbo I thought "Hang on. I bet AAAC and Bob are doing the Velodrome so maybe I should limp round for a few laps. Anyway, 10 mins rest was enough and I was surprised to be riding with AAAC, Bridgy and Pinilla. At the end AAAC came flying past so I decided to get a tow and try to pull away from Pinilla. It worked so thanks again AAAC.

Yeah well done Bill - don't know how you did that in the velodrome having just done the chaingang stage :notworthy:
Feeling better than usual I guess.
I'm now 78kg which is 2kg up from my last years weight. Only explanation I can come up with is that I now drink far more water to try and be properly hydrated. When I started that I didn't realise my weight would be going up so much.

This was not at all like the Chaingang velodrome session. Of course the watts are still too high but it felt more like normal Bkool high watts. I was also getting very little or no drafting. In the Chaingang velodrome, it was almost like a slingshot when I passed someone.
How about you gues, did you get any draft?

Drafting seemed to be working very well for me. Had a nice little group going there for a long time so good speed for less power.

48-50 kph is Fairly slow!!
I do recall a nice sprint 2/3rds of the way through where you just kept me at bay but all that did was knacker me even more. And then there was AAC who never looked troubled.

I was being called down to dinner otherwise I would have joined you both in the velodrome:whistle:

I got about the usual level of drafting -which is quite minimal at the speed I was going. At lower speed it can feel a bit like a slingshot in the velodrome, but when I am already at about my max I find the affect of the draft quite limited
