Must say I am in total awe of anyone who can have an average wattage of 300+!!
So you should be, given that a Tour de France rider will only manage 200-300 watts average over a 4 hour stage.

Salmon and beetroot? Bloody southern hipsters I think the only fish to eat is cod and the only vegetable to eat with it is chips.
Brush up on your banter and local colloquialisms (confuses our cousins across the pond, as do theirs coming back).Had my first bash at the chain gang new ride last night, and first league ride. Must say I am in total awe of anyone who can have an average wattage of 300+!! I picked up a bike 8 months ago to train for ironman uk just gone so I'm pretty new at this. Any tips for a rookie
Do you find those noisy LB? I used them once with my "outdoors" rear wheel (I use an older wheel on the turbo) and found the tyre made a really loud whining noise!I think I should add to TT's splendid advice that choice of tire is very important. I'm using Continental GP4000S II with 140 psi for flat stages.
Yes, but I use headphones so it doesn't bother me.Do you find those noisy LB? I used them once with my "outdoors" rear wheel (I use an older wheel on the turbo) and found the tyre made a really loud whining noise!

That may be the best thing about having a dog named after a competetor. Both Sorerv8 and myself can beat Bobinski or Kipster anytime. And as for the brit slang we didn't know kip meant nap when my wife named him.3 cats to kick!
If you don't have a pet cat I'm sure any animal or small child will do (maybe not a bear though randy...)
I'm feeling a bit rough today too .. coming down with a cold [cough cough]. I'll do my best but ......hope to be !! been out sorting bike/ computer/fan/drink . but just in case it all goes pete tong - i have got a cold coming and my leg hurtsgood to be back
Does he live up or down, depending on your view, to his name. He doesn't have narcolepsy does he. That could be an entertaining day down the park. Every time you call his name he falls asleepThat may be the best thing about having a dog named after a competetor. Both Sorerv8 and myself can beat Bobinski or Kipster anytime.
