It was good to watch and take in the live stats. Impressive riding by Scott, nice steady watts, maintain speed. I was watching the hill transitions and Scott lost 10kph from a flat to 4%hill, the same hill Bill lost 25kph, both keeping similar steady watts. Great battle between Tommy and Berty and good lot of working together at the back of the race :bravo:

He did indeed didn't he

And by "did it again" I don't think you mean "kicked our arses".

Sadly I am not sure it counts. I changed my weight the other night but it does not look like it has stuck. When I checked just now my profile shows 58.5. Bloody frustrating if it didn't change.

When changing weight on bkools website it helps to be totally out of bsim. Sometimes it can take 2 or 10 attempts to change the weight. Once the new weight is saved and showing you should be ok. DAMHIK :banghead:

You did a great job of towing me along until you just got too quick for me to stay on your tail. Looks like light weight makes a big difference on the flat in bkool. I wasn't even able to get in front to do my share of the work.
In the end Bridgy caught me up but as his ghost didn't know that it was racing me it didn't have much chance against me in the final sprint.

Thanks for adding my ghost Bill....loving all the emails! :surrender:

No worries Paul;). I probably should have spent the whole ride with your ghost but ended up chasing after Bob who dumped me halfway and your ghost then caught me up. Riding with the two ghosts would have been much easier.

Well done Scott. Another impressive performance.

Thanks. I laid off the "start and stop" technique as long as I could, but that third long flat finally got to me. Very impressive chase by you and Bob. I was never comfortable with whatever time I had on you.

Bob, Noooo. Bkool website adjustment isn't the most user friendly.

:cursing:
I don't get it. I changed it by deleting and typing in my weight and pressing "save".
Oh well, at least I was faster tonight.
Is there an easy way to convert power with my actual weight and produce a time that might give me an idea of how fast-or slow- I might have gone!

Scott,
I had a weight advantage and still could not get near you. I tried not to use on off but had no choice as I kept trying to limit the damage you were doing. Very impressive power and speed.

Pulled into the drive at 17:01 after dumping son at uni. Went to the garage, fired everything up, threw wife's bike off the trainer, chucked mine on, rushed into the house noted Bobinski had just (fortunately????) thrown up a sock he had eaten, screeched at no2 son who was supposed to have been watching him to clear it up, got changed grabbed a bottle of water and got back out to the garage with 38 seconds of the warm up remaining.
I believe this classifies as unprepared. Plus I am sporting an awful cold that is moving to a chest infection if not pleurisy.
Not that I am making excuses you understand but after lying in the bath for a bit I am quite glad that this message isn't being posted posthumously.
