AAAC, just do a 120 lap ride in the velodrome. Easiest way to set that up is to challenge someones ride from the league. Then from your league tab put in a 20 second or so ride up Col du Madeleine and save it. Let me know what you velodrome time is and I'll get it into the results. If Col du Madeleine is not in your league tab, use the copy button in the league results page.
Woops! You won't be able to challenge someone from the league. I don't know if there's another way to challenge someone.

@BILL S I have you as a friend. This may be doable easier, but this should work.

in route browser select velodrome. Then set 120 laps. Then select luis puig session name by the star. This should open another tab.

In that tab select ranking. In there you can select any one of your friends (preferably the one with the date of the 15th of sept). This will take you to their home page.

Once on their home page go to analysis. Then set the date in the date filter to include sept. This should bring up the dates where session were done. Select the 15th. Below the graphing tool will appear the session done on that day. There should be a challenge icon next to the completed velo session.

I hope that makes sense.

It doesn't help, all this travelling, that's for sure! Germany, Florida and California potentially coming up. Plus lots of travelling into London so gonna continue to be a struggle but plenty of people on here to give me inspiration to keep it up

That seems straight forward enough!

Found it in the session search, selected it and saved it to my favourites.
I shall ride it Tuesday then do 30 seconds of the Col and then let you know my time, an not the 30 seconds.
Is that how it works.

34 minutes will be my aim which should be about 52 kph average which would be a big ask in the real world and probably pretty hard on my own so I may need to throw a few ghosts in.

Take a page out of Goldwolfie's book; Ride to your new job. The Florida to California ride would be fun. Just have to convince your employer you need an extra month of per diem.

Evening all,
I'm going to do the chaingang first session tomorrow, following the excellent explanation earlier:okay:

Is there a reason why the Sep handicap league wasn't updated, it still only has three sessions by myself
