Just shown my boys this- they are very excited:laugh:
Trying to make up for the guilt of one breaking an arm on your watch?

Well done all, a couple of Handicaps ripe for adjusting, but a nice close finish for most.

The Bill, Bridgy, Lars train was fun to watch. :bravo:
It was less fun to be part of! :heat:

Well done on the sprint finish Bill (you swine!) - I started my sprint too early and just couldn't hold it. HR was at 183 and I just ground to a halt and coasted over the line. If I wasn't attached to the turbo I'd have just fallen sideways off my bike!

Goes a bit funny at the end as I didn't switch away from Lars fast enough and crossed the line with him, and when I came back in the 3D wouldn't show so I finished with the video.

Martyn, as you sat on the line from the start your elapsed time is 3:30 longer than it should have been. I can't adjust the time in the league classification, but I will adjust it for the purposes of Handicaps. In future, I would join when the elapsed time reaches your Start Time, pedalling as fast as you can! :-)

Worth practicing the starts, as it can make a difference to the finish on the road if you are a little late to start.

Well done on the sprint finish Bill (you swine!)

:thanks:
But you did actually beat me Paul :cycle:. You started a few seconds behind which got me a bit worked up at the start wondering how to deal with it. I realised that if we drafted together then I'd be in trouble at the end. As was the case. Lars waited for me at one point and brought me back up to you. Thanks Lars.

Good grief that was hard. @Goldwolfie you have really moved up a league want to swap your white jersey for my XL green one?

@theboxers you really kept me honest at the end.
I tried but that bloody lump mullered my legs, got close a couple of times. @Goldwolfie thanks for the tow up it 2nd time around  :B).

I got passed by 2 trains. It felt like getting mob mugged :surrender:.

A pb but at what cost, legs are definitely shot.

Really? Ha! Well it didn't feel like it!

I did start a bit late due to a bit of confusion over which ride to join. You were several seconds up the road so I absolutely buried myself to catch up - but I also think Lars waited for me at that point too so I should thank him too - thanks Lars! Annoying that you keep having these problems with the trainer though. That does explain why you were doing more than your fair share on the front as well - thanks

Ops sorry @gbrown. I followed the tips posted earlier. I'll get the hang of it.
I'm not sure if enjoyed is the right phrase but it certainly is motivating when trying to keep away from the oncoming trains. Just failed to keep @Bonno away
