Changed password on website, cleaned registry with CC Cleaner, looks like I will have to use regedit and do a manual search for all bkool entries after i uninstalled it for the third time.

Clean the Registry after uninstall not before or is that what you have done.
As you are aware of regedit I assume you are confident in using it?

Here I sit broken hearted, came out to ride and software hasn't started.

After the manual registry clean, and a fourth installation, I am now on the new software but the person in my avatar is much younger and better looking than I am, I might keep him.
