That WAS tough for some reason my heart rate didn't get above 170 just struggled, legs could hardly cope, wasn't happy with my performance tonight so shall be redoing it Saturday or Sunday

Another PB for me Knocked 4 mins off the time I set earlier this month Couldn't catch Gregory though - he held me at 40 seconds for the last 5 km and however hard I pushed I could not get any closer to him

How did you do that Bridgy? Massive w/kg too!!

I had to leave the ride before it started as I couldn't see anyone. I was hoping it would continue and I could re join but I couldn't find it in the Live tab. In the end I managed to join it using the Leagues tab for some reason and start from the beginning but a few minutes late.
