Apply to join the league in the website and one of the admins will accept it if your username is the same as they'll recognise you from here - if the username is different let them know here! Chaingang league is good fun (that's what we did tonight), as is the Handicap league, but that really does work best done live with everyone else - at 8pm on a Tuesday. If you like big hills, there's the mountain goats league too...
Goats and chaingang requested! What am I letting myself in for!

Blimey I'm intimidated by how much you've thought this through!

I need to, your getting hard to beat on the rolling sessions, give you too much rope and you'll hang me so I am having to get shifty.

I'm missing the challenge from Bill and LB as well but TT is moving upwards.
I am actually considering running 100 psi to 'drop back' into the race with TT, Bill and LB. I hope that doesn't sound bad because to be honest I don't give a hoot about winning, I just want to race. Being on the back-foot actually makes you dig deeper and appreciate more the hard work we all do.

Ok I have no idea what went wrong at the start but this is what happened:
1/ I started the ride from the league tab.
2/ Thirty seconds or so after I began the warmup the countdown started. Someone had joined but not sure who.
3/ I left the ride.
4/ I started it again from the league tab
5/ When I joined the warmup was already going and it said "waiting for Rob to start the race". There were others already there on the start line.
6/ The countdown from 10 started early sometime during the last minute.

Not sure why this happened. Any ideas?

Bill as i logged on the the ride i seen u and aaac leave then others started joining so i kept it going when i seen u back i thought all was ok then about 1min 30 then something came up across the screen like bkool activation restart but everything seamed ok my countdown went as normal except i was stuck on the line saying stop pedalling to start which i had done so u guys must have started when i was still in warm up

Sounds like you all had a good race, except perhaps Monte. I have been there Monte- itvcan get awfully lonely slugging away on your own.
The rest of you-well, LB BIll and perhaps TT were lucky not to have me there ;) 4 plus watts for long stretch's and PB's in Zwift and a chunk of time of my box hill best suggest I might have troubled you guys. Or not^_^.
Re-run Saturday?

It'll take more than a reduction in tyre pressure AAAC. I vote you do the next race on a unicycle (Clown costume optional). You'd prob still find a way to get 400w out of it!

Sorry you had a crappy start bud. I didn't even notice that the race was starting prematurely. I must of been daydreaming until the clock hit 10 seconds then livened up.

User error TT. Went to turn on my fan with a minute or so to go, knocked keyboard off shelf, so had to unclip and get off bike and looked up and 8 seconds to go!
Another good ride from you. Bill's right about a new order asserting itself what with you, Bridgy head to head with AAAC and that daddypig who really is strong and look sto have much room for even greater improvement as he loses weight. Interesting times and a real challenge for us older fella's

Ok Bill, now you know first hand what I mean by getting dumped on the hills. I tried to get some drafting going, but I don't blame you for leaving me behind on the hills. The typical scenario would be me pumping out well ower 300 watts, but Bkool, totally out of generosity :reading:, rewarding me with a meager 240-ish watts :B).
For the first time Bkool averaged lower than my BePros (268 watt vs 280 watt)

Ha! You'll be ok

I've having a goof few weeks but I'm no way out of reach. I'm going to try and put in more miles next month so it'll be interesting to see if I can maintain my freshness. I have a feeling we all still have room for improvement as I think it's as much a case as you guys dipping a bit rather than me just getting faster.

Bridgy and AAAC are miles ahead though at the moment. I'm hoping we can all get fitter and fitter by basically trying to kill each other over the next few months

@BILL S - I'm starting to come to the conclusion that I have lost last night live session - I have sent bkool the report but I'm not going to hold my breath. If I go into the course and ride a bit and manage to save it, can I give my times from my Garmin can you update - they aren't going to be brilliant I just can face doing that course again in anger, I found it very hard.

Monte it took nearly 24hours the last time Bkool failed to upload my ride. I can say that mine did upload successfullyfrom bsim, but was glacial in appearing in my history.

100 psi.!
I found that my rear tyre had less than 80 psi for the last Chaingang, and couple that with holding the wheel down with a bungie cord destroyed any power I could muster
