I'll be there:crazy:
Looks like just you and I so far Bill .... at least I'll be on the podium! I have added the only 2 ghosts available. Randy (1hr 20 mins) and a not league bod who completed it in 54 minutes. Something for the real goats to chase!

It may be over Tommy but I fear you're only going to get stronger from here. Could be a few less hills in the next league too which may help your case against the lighter guys.
Like you say, 6 seconds in a three hour race is very close racing and really what we're trying to achieve here for maximum fun. As for pushing harder, in my case I think there's no way! Maybe get lighter and fitter though.
Oh joy! Mountain goat ride in half an hour.

I think that's all I can aim for too Bill. Fitter and lighter. Whether that's realistic I don't know.

Sorry I didn't make the race today chaps. Running around a bit today. Have 'fun'.

Andy, I think he let me:okay:^_^

You deserved it.
I was going to take it easy today as well but there were too many carrots out on the road and I couldn't resist the challenge but wanted to help Bob if I got to him to help him beat 'Pedro'.
But 'Pedro' was a blimming ghost!

Ohh look at my time to say i had to start from the beginning .

Didn't start well from the off, timer went to zero started to peddle but i wasn't going anywhere, i was 6 seconds down before I moved, @bobinski what happened to you we went round a corner at 12% then you fell back like a stone after that my watts was saying 333 even if i slowed down so i stopped the "do you want to quit session" box popped up and i clicked on yes by mistake.
So had to restart grrrrr.
Chasing down Whorty got to 11 seconds until the down hill section near the end.

How frustrating for you! I was stuck on start for a second or 2 and then began to roll..much to my relief.
I remember it! I had problems with rear derailleur and could only use the 28 or 3 cogs on, whichever that one was! And occasionally chain would slip all over the place so either spinning too fast or too slow or stuck. That was one of those times. Left it in that 3rd cog in for the rest except anything over 10% when I dropped to the 28.

Fantastic time! :notworthy: For you too!

That sounds even worse than my tale of woe i would of jumped off and chuck it across the room.
