Straight back at you...
Gutted! Are you sure you have not changed your settings to solo mode?Update: They HAVEN'T fixed the password problem - it's the same as before
I have discovered another little glitch though! If I click on my scheduled ride which is password protected, even if I don't attempt to start the ride but just close it straight away, I then get the red error bar along the top of the screen saying "Unable to unlock session. Make sure the password is correct" on EVERY ride I subsequently try to open or spectate on - even though they're not password protected. Logging out and back in again doesn't fix it - only closing down the sim and re-opening again fixes it - until I click on that scheduled ride again of course, then the problem's back! Issue only caused by clicking on my locked scheduled ride, not other live locked rides. Weird - but that glitch may always have been there for all I know!
So no sign of any known or highlighted issues being fixed by this update yet - but in even worse news Daddy Pig, no sign of Xmas trees or snowmen yet either!
Yes, sure!Gutted! Are you sure you have not changed your settings to solo mode?

Looks to be rather hilly this one.![]()
Cheers Geoff, that's useful to know. Back to the leagues nowI used to do them a lot, found them a better way to set fitness levels than a 30 minutes climb, but they are pretty tough as you can't slacken off even for moment!
As you say, all about pacing, the perfect FTP test is a straight power graph with the average power the same as the max (and min) power. Therefore you have to start at the power you are aiming to average, rather than go flat out and ease off, or vice versa.
I used to warm up well, and start at the same power level as my previous test, or slightly higher at the power I was aiming to average. Sometimes I would just be unable to maintain that level so I'd pack it in, sometimes it would be OK so slog on.
Last few minutes, if I had anything left, try to step up very slightly to make the average as safe as possible, just in case I flagged right at the end. Doing one a week, I stepped up many fitness levels over a couple of months! And felt they were more honest than getting the same power on a steep incline, where resistance may have fallen short of what was required for the extreme gradient.
Either way, it gives you a good judge of progress. It was especially satisfying combined with steady weight loss, as the same power level as previous would often promote you a fitness level on better watts/kg...![]()

I doubt it, this course looks like it's a killer(for me anyway)... I can see @AAAC 76C cruising this one. Should see some interesting results tonight....
It's going to be the down hill sections that will kill my legs, i can feel the pain all readyYes, steep bits look not only too steep but they go on for a fair bit too. Could be one for pacing...
