Apologies but I can't make it tonight either. My limbs are still intact but they're going to be stuck at a desk sorting paperwork out unfortunately.

Not a huge lot to say, its just a pain typing on my mini key board on my bike whilst warming down.
I planned the session by challenging Jacob.
Went to add a couple of bots and there were a few Pep T's in there 3 of which had faster times than the one showing in the league results.
There were quite a few Elite in there so I added them all (and now they all have e-mails)
Anyway my aim was to best Jacob as I see him as the man to beat other than our own DP of course.
The gun fired and we were off, I dead stopped and quite a few folk shot by but I kept calm and slowly pulled them all back bar a Pep and AN other.
Had another dead stop and a couple of guys went past.
By the top of the first climb I only had on the fastest Pep and Mik Mak in front of me.
I didn't work too hard on the descent and they both pulled away a touch but I caught Mik Mak and Pep on the second climb or I may have caught Pep later thinking about it.
From there on in it was literally plain sailing.
I was careful not to push too hard into any transitions and was paid back by far too easy climbs over lumps and it just went on like that.
I was worried Pep's ghost would come back on the final climb but that was no to be so and the rest is History.
Another podium for Team Cyclechat !
On Thursday I'd love to have a go at pulling a group of Team Members to a good time and bail out 500m from the end and go back later on the week and post my own time.
So come on down on Thursday to get as many Team Members on page 1 as possible.
, for some reason i was as nervous as a kitten and just went for it, ended up chasing Rod who seemed to disappear about 4k from home, great fun!
