No idea Berty. My proper result hasn't been updated for days and it shows me having done 3 stages instead of the 4 I have done. Result shows properly in the 4 individual stages though.
i am sorry for being a complete thicket but how do they work the times out ? i have just been thru jacobs times for the 4 runs he has done and it was around 99 mins when added up - went thru mine added up and it was about 123 mins - but i am showing over 4 hrs and he is 2.5 hrs - i dont understand
i is no good at the arithmamaths and i hate it when my brian hurts

It's because they also add the times of the slowest ride (+5%) to each of the rides that you haven't completed. Makes it rather confusing to say the least.

Bob, I think it's time to give up on this charade. I'll be expecting to see you somewhere up at the front. Ok! :okay:

On my little Neo, i'd be all beat up...:B)

Seriously, cannot tonight Bill. One of those meetings were others discuss accounts and my mind wanders and i have to find a way back in to the conversation when a voice penetrates my subconscious asking,"So Bob, what do you think?..." "Huh?!?"

To which you reply:
"It's about time you lot started to think outside the box". "And anyway, I'm sure the budget could stretch to a new turbotrainer each".

Been doing some long runs and have started weight training to get a little more "base" , but I think I'm ready to throw in a weekly high intensity ride now. However, it looks like some meetings at the kids school is getting in the way today .

A little sideinfo: Started the first important step on my road to the World amateur TT qualification today ... a bikefit.
Quite dramatic changes to my position were made. I usually fiddle with millimeters when it comes to saddle height, but take a look at this

I had a similar change when I had a bike fitting last year, it made a big difference for me when outside pushing the power

I've just completed the CG stage 1 and it's a nasty little thing. Up n doon Up n doon.. there are a couple of cheeky dead stops along the way - one so severe I almost went over the handlebars...

Whorty, there's loads of 5%ers - I know how you like them..

Anyway, there's a ghost out there with a Yorkshire target on its back..

Have fun.

LB. I am believer in comfort first. 4 cm is mahoooosive!. If it's with the aim of going faster and your body can take adjustment without too much discomfort, I wish you the very best and look forward to hearing of the event/s:okay:
