I hope no one was expecting me to start that ride at 5 - my youngest unexpectedly asked me to take him mountain biking, which was a request I just couldn't refuse!
I was doing the Pretzel on Zwift ... 2 hours 40 mins!! Legs a bit tired now  Hope your real world cycling went well :okay:

Anyone on here had problems with sciatica? After Tuesday's day in the car i woke up with severe lower back pain. The pain has been running donw through my right leg into the knee and to put it mildly, it a pain on the arse... any treatments welcome.. currently pain killers and beer...

Inversion table helps. Personally when I get lower back trouble I go back to full body workout with weights and my issues clear up. Keep moving is the key generally with back problems

I do have a constant PITA but it's not sciatica and I do occasionally get something running down my legs if I stray too far from a bathroom but that's probably no help to you but I found that Tena pants sorted that one.
They don't stop the running rather just contain it.
One of the reasons why I always get bibs with a good thick pad.

The other one is to stay on HID's good side so you don't have to sleep in the car.
