Thanks Bill - I do fancy another go at that stage if Bkool will behave for me!
It'll be an interesting re-run for me too if I can get my track pump fixed tomorrow. Had to do yesterdays ride with as much pressure as I could get in with my old bike pump. Lucky if it was 110 psi so should be a good indication of how much cramming in an extra 20 or 30 psi will make. Hopefully just an o ring in the nozzle needing changed or something.

I had the exact same problem. Think I got mine pumped to 120 psi. I'm trying to find one of these (http://www.wiggle.co.uk/lezyne-floor-pump-hp-road-abs-flip-chuck/) in local bike shops, but I may have to order one from UK.

LIVING THE DREAM
You guys were certainly shifting along! After Bkool left me sat on the line at the start I thought I might at least hold the gap between us if I tried hard enough, but you just kept going away from me. Only Bill's ride is showing in the league but from what I can see on Strava my power was higher than you and Bill but your speed was higher (and we're very similar weight) so it shows the benefit of a bit of drafting

I'll say it does, they were all more than 50 watts average down on my loan effort and they beat me by 2 kph.

I'm going to burn the board games tonight to give me better odds of being available tomorrow.

I take it you have all seen that Froome is in the spotlight for testing with too much asthma treatment during the Vuelta. 2 X too much.
@Whorty beware, you next.

There’s more asthma inhalers being used in the pro peloton then there is in the after school chess clubs these days! :scratch:

But I’m starting to think it’s whorty’s Gandalf style beard, where his secret powers lie!

The Rapha podcast is very informative on Froomey
