I'm planning to do the WC 6pm session on Thursday AAAC If you fancy joining me then and seeing if we can keep the Danes off of the podium
Rode it this morning on the 10:00 session.
Quite a lumpy little route. Almost straight uphill from the start, a rolling, hilly mid-section and a 14-17% climb about 4km from the finish. Worth saving a bit for an attack there........ or to hang on in my case!

My ass will be bad tonight, but not through riding the CG I'm afraid.
Meeting up with ex-colleagues and will be in the pub all afternoon.
I shall be asleep by 7:00, although I may spectate if I can stay awake long enough!

If I remember rightly the descent is the one Jan Ullrich or Jens took a spectacular crash on when le tour did it ... although le Tour did "the" Climb twice that year ... At least I don't have that worry
