My sister did buy me a single squarefoot of some posh part of Scotland which in theory makes me a Laird

Couldn't see the ride in the 'League' section of the BSim so after eventually getting into Bkool, I spent ages going round in circles trying to find a completed ride so I could challenge them but no luck, I'll never figure that interface out - Oddly the 2020 20's were available in the League section so tried one of those, naturally the BSim crashed during the countdown, I restarted and it counted a bit further before crashing a second time, Bkool has deemed the sofa is a better option for me today. It's been a long day... :surrender:
Don't know why the stage isn't appearing in your league rides. Search for me on Saturday and everythinh should be ok... Except the pain!

DT R460, to be honest I keep looking but haven't a clue what I'm looking for and if they will make that much of a difference for the money

Are these virtual wheels or real?

I have DT swiss R521 which are higher profile, they have a wider internal measure 20mm. This widens my Pro Ones from 25mm to 28mm fitted. These are disc rims so no brake track

Real, think I'll just stick with them until I know what I want and afford

I looked at some capag deep rims a while ago and came to the conclusion that I would be better off with zondas on shallow rims as the more aero profile were heavier so decided the lower rotating mass would be quicker for me as it's hilly round these parts. There were 2 types of deep aero rims but the light ones were far too expensive.
Also just a thought that when I rode with a Cycling club there was a couple of people on full carbon rims. They had to be careful when it was wet. Apparently braking performance suffers on carbon rims and you need specific brack pads for them. Unless they are disc obviously.
I can't see what the weight is on the PXs. They do sound like a good deal though. What wheels do you currently have?

Unless you live in goat country, aero always trumps weight saved.

I use 60 mm deep rims, but a pot hole has trashed them. Im going to get some 80mm cheap Chinese this summer. I use disc brakes so have no concerns to weather

So a brief and hopefully final update on my cardio investigation.

Just been copied on a letter from the cardiologist to my GP. Had to google most of the terms used, but it seems to say I'm ok.

He's not called me in to see him. He says the result is reassuring and he will continue medical treatment and regular check ups, as I've had since 2011.

No mention of my cycling, so I'm guessing I can return to normal.

Thanks all for your support while this has been going on!

Good news Sir.
Your not a real virtual cyclist until you have a few stents fitted!

If a heart problem is good enough for Vasil Kiryenka it's good enough for me.
The man is a machine!

Erm, Im not sure about that. Having had a bit of a heart moment with AF and reading about Shaun Yates, Vasil etc. I'd rather not have the old thumper problems.

Its amazing that modern medicine can repair and maintain a working heart, hats off to those still pushing themselves with bits and bobs added
