You pulled me back in a bit before the end though. I was some 3 mins quicker today than Thursday and it was because today I took it easy on the main downhill and kept my energy for the flat. Much more fun ride too as felt good for longer.

Yeah very warm in the garage today, tried to maximise drafting, @Brusgaard and I worked well for the first section then I hung onto Jack Spurrer for dear life until he suddenly doubled his power and shot off but managed to get enough time to keep clears of @shimceltic 's strong finish. The thing is you can never trust those Bkool ghosts so you're not truly comfortable if you're ahead or not.
