That new bike seems fast. Did you get the front derailleur set up?

They moved the chain catcher so it's almost touching chain on the easy gears and had no issue today. Near the end I offered the youngster a race...... I pulled away easy but went too early and he pipped me... Good fun

Keep em short and on one subject. 2-3 minutes, unless doing a voice over to explain the shots. Todays culture of drive by viewing means most of the longer videos are left after a very short time.

Ok, thanks for the advice. Won't be doing voice over though as my voice isn't made for video.
I did add captions to try to add an element of interest and a brief explanation

One advice: make the subtitles last a little longer. As non-native English speaker I need some more time to read them. And that might also be so for other non-native English speakers. Nice video. I really love the English landscapes like Yorkshire Moors, Lake District, Snowdonia etc.

Sorry if I've hyjacked the cycling thread with a none cycling one. I just wondered if anyone was interested.

I must say though you are right about Yorkshires landscape. It's stunning.

Anyway back to cycling. Think I will be way off any race pace for ages. Not been on the bike for a week and when I do i can't go too quick. Last time I was on the trainer is ?? Can't remember.
Will be interesting on Thursday though and seeing how that goes 🤢

To top it off my wife has been tested positive for the virus. She was a little I'll in early March, but not showing symptoms and only got tested recently as an NHS worker.
That will explain why I was really off it in February and March and am still not quite right now. I didn't get any of the symptoms that were spoken of at the time. No fever or persistent cough. It wasn't till later that loss of taste and smell were said to be a symptom.
