I did Schleck Gran Fondo Luxembourg route today, pretty enjoyable route. It was May 2022 when I did that last time. 41.6km and 632m elevation meters. It didn't went fast as first time but it wasn't ment to be.

1:48 is impressive with all those hills. Zone 4 in power.

Thank's Randy, 2022 my time was 1:36. Not done ramp test for a long time so can't tell how accurate my FTP and Zones are. Garmin shows little bit better ftp than Rouvy and it's evaluate like Rouvy as well. Garmin tell's my FTP is 198 and Rouvy says it's 164.

I don't use EPO so it must be this 21yo Glenfiddich what do the tricks, it make's me 21yo younger. Garmin recommended rest day today but instead of that I did couple easier ride which felt right decision.

Well that was a bit strange. It looked like all your avatars were stuck at the start so I had to TT that with only Lars for company. I then had to guess where @Stevers would start his sprint. Got that wrong again by <1sec. Ah well - next week. Good course but weird experience.

well I did it but although I saw most of you , it seemed like 5 were stuck on the start line , it was saying Steve's was kicking out 5.3 w/kg but not moving ! I was nervy that all of a sudden you would all appear infront so I tried to make sure if it happened you wouldn't be too far in front - panting well now !!

You went off like a rocket up that initial climb. As I glanced up from chewing the bars I could see Stevers, Brusgaard and Rod were holding >150% FTP....for ages. It was only really when I took a proper look after you'd disappeared from view that I realised what was going on.

could you see us ? it just said 5 were on starting line
