This is brilliant. If you like gobbledegook that is.

Tensio is derived from these two traditional Chinese characters, pronounced “E-Don.” The first character, “E,” speaks to flexibility and flow. Tensio shapes range from simple to complex, but whether we are crafting a sleek pro-level road racing frame, a rugged mountain bike, or a versatile fitness bike, we always seek to create an organic silhouette and a feeling of flow.

I wonder how many hours and how many people sat in room at the Giant HQ thinking this up.

I really dislike the design of their seat stays where they join the seat tube a good distance below the top tube as opposed to a traditional clustre. It looks mechanically suspect, putting horizontal forces through a vertical tube, and is just ugly.

”The second character, “Don,” speaks to the spirit of motion. Giant bikes take you on a journey. They help move you forward on whatever road, path or trail you choose. Tensio captures this feeling with dynamic lines and shapes.”

but isn‘t there a thread about three Giant bikes crashing in cold weather? So is it really the E-Cold-Down way of Giant?

The Giant integrated mudguards evoke the spirit of the stork, the protector bird, the mudflaps echoing its purposive wingbeats. And like a stalwart yak the burden of life's journey is supported on the big wobbly stack of bikepacking luggage hanging off the seatpost.

Do I get the job?
Every bicycle should come with a spirit animal to help people choose the correct model.
