My youngest (15) who has Aspergers, was in town today.
He had bust his hand on a wall yesterday, which had sharp stones in it, and really messed it up.
Today while he was out, it opened up again and was bleeding profusely as he boarded the bus to come home.
The bus driver noticed his distress, reassured him, padded it up with tissues and sat him nearby so he could keep an eye on him.
I have since cleaned and dressed it, and although still bleeding slightly, it seems to be holding okay.
Were it not for the consideration of the driver, this could have turned into a full scale meltdown.
An email will be sent to the company to thank the driver from me
