if you were the cyclist cycling through Coney Hall/Keston this morning, who stopped to help me when my dog pulled me over, resulting in a pretty bad fall. I would just like to say thanks again for stopping. No major damage apart from a nasty hole in elbow and sore hip !!

Think i'll stick to cycling, its safer

Sounds nasty! When I first read your post I presumed you were on a bike at the time...of course I was going to ask after the bike . Hope you're ok (is it a big dog???).

Anyway, hopw it doesn't stop you cycling and that you GWS!

thanks everybody, went to bed for a couple of hours and now can't move left side, and bed covered in blood from elbow. But hay hoe!! i shall live another day !!! and no Fred is a french bulldog but very strong !! wanted to go out on bike this afternoon but may have to give it a rest for today. But i shall be bombing into Bromley tomorrow all being well, as i only have a week left before i go home to France, so got to get my retail therapy in whilst i can xxx
