To complement The finest acting in a film…..ever! thread, here's one for the small screen (unless you've got a bloody big one).
First up: The Sopranos, with the late great James Gandolfini & Co. Although these clips mostly centre around Gandolfini, Edie Falco (Tony's wife) was also phenomenal.

I know, a lot of crying women here; crying doesn't = great acting. These were moments of great emotional catharsis, so tears came with the territory. In the case of the aftermath of Tony's therapist's rape, it was one of the most powerful scenes in the entire series.
