My seventh year in a row so 84 months in a row , having only done 3 centuries rides before starting this challenge I'm now up to 103 centuries and my Eddington number is 100 . None of this would have happened without this challenge and the encouragement it's gives you . Thanks to @ianrauk for keeping us on the straight and narrow and to @Supersuperleeds who talked me into to entering but has been cursed numerous times during the 7 years of battling to a ton .
I'm having reservations about next year as I am now struggling with the distance but if I get a January ride in I'm daft enough to have another go

Well that's year 13 all done and dusted of the Imperial Century a Month Cycle Challenge.
100 miles on the dot today. A nice wind assisted for the way down to Ashford for a full English brekkie. A naughty, punishing headwind for the return. Not too cold and even the sun made a brief appearance.

Imperial Century #334
Imperial Century Month #157 in a row.
2024 and year #14 is only 10 days away.

It may come to nothing......but let's give it a go as well. Only done 6 or 7 century rides so far (or ever). If only it wasn't so xxxxxx hilly riding out of Truro.

2024 challenge has started.
A very nice ride down through the Kent lanes for a full English in Ashford.
Luckily it wasn't cold over night so no Frost or ice to contend with or worry about. Also lucky that it's been relatively dry for the last week which meant the country lanes where pretty dry.
So scores on the doors.
120 miles for the day (a bonus few future Eddington numbers)
Imperial century month 158 in a row
Imperial century # 335

Chapeau, that's our first one of 2024. Keeping my fingers crossed for a bit of warmer weather towards the end of the month.

Well done on getting the 200k accomplished especially in this cold snap. It's even cold in Cornwall at the moment. Some days we have been colder than northern England. It's not right.....supposed to be sub tropical here. Keep putting off the century ride.
