Dogs travel free of charge on Northern, but if a passenger objects, because of a phobia or allergies perhaps, you may be asked to change carriage or even asked to leave the train.

Why not just move the moaning passenger(s)?! If this is allowed, some will complain about dogs on trains for various reasons. If they knew it was them and not the dog being moved or taken off the train they'd think twice about complaining.

Health issues?! What, exasperated by a little 14 year old dog! 😏 What about my 'health issues', such as my mobility problems! Being asked even forced to change carriages on an unsteady possibly moving train with a dog under my arm could cause serious problems! There you go....a shoe on the other foot example for you!

So when if when you were recovering from cancer and had for example breathing difficulties that could be triggered by PET fur, would you have thought it appropriate to be asked to move carriages because some would had brought a dog on board.
So it’s ok for you to play the health card but not others.
I wouldn’t be buying clogs if you’ve got mobility problems.
