Any tips for cafe , pubs , good places to eat ?

A very good pub with lovely views at Westleigh although a bit tricky to get to and also the Royal hotel in Bideford , by the bridge.
If you are riding on the Tarka trail, stop at Fremington for a cafe but it can get busy.

Personally I dislike mushy peas

but there should be some sort of veg
I mean - it is a hospital so......

anyway - bet the discharge you with instruction to eat healthy - after feeding you carp for several days!!
