Morning. It’s pitch dark and still very windy. Dry though so I’ll get out soon.

Good morning all.
It's just starting to get light here and I can hear a bit of a breeze blowing outside.
The two female cats have rushed off out in the garden and Harry has come in from his nightly jaunt.
I think today is window and car washing day, they are looking a bit mucky and the car hasn't been cleaned for a couple of months.
Also, the Quince bush in the garden is loaded with fruit, so we are going to try making jam with the produce.
Enjoy your day everyone ☕️

Good morning from a bright and shortly to be sunny Dorset. We have a new dehumidifier which is chugging away in the lounge. It tells me that it's " wet " with a humidity of 62%. A quick look online says 40-55% is ideal, and towards the lower end in the winter months. We chose a " Meaco " as it's advertised as " whisper quiet ", not sure if we've got a duff unit but our cheapie Screwfix " Blyss " model is quieter so I will give customer support a call tomorrow and have a chat.

I slept for :- :hyper:

Cooooeeee. 12 drg here. The rain has stopped and the tind has died down.

Today's job is descaling the coffee maker
Exciting or what.

Stay safe peeps :hello:

I did ours yesterday. A symbol comes up about once a month. I used to ignore it until the internal tube that feeds the pressurised hot water onto the coffee blew off due to a build up of limescale, now I do it regularly. ( I also give it a good clean internally, it's amazing how the freshly ground coffee from the internal grinder gets everywhere and builds up to a manky looking residue )
