Started with the 10K fun runs, entry fees got too high so moved up to longer distances. Cycling to the start and back home.I used to love running (never got past 1/2 marathons) but it really knackered my knees up. That's how I 'discovered' cycling.
Lugholes are now syringed. At least I can hear tv and radio now. I do need an updated hearing aid as this one is so old. I will phone the NHS audio tomorrow.

NHS hearing aids have to be over 4 years old before they will change them, so I have been told

not much for a Sunday dinner, but it keeps the belly still.
That's good going. I never managed better than a tad under 90 mins for a '10'.
