It was only last year that was the first time I used my phone to pay for my parking with RingGo
I tried to put google pay app on my phone, but they asked too many security questions and gave up.

Try Google Wallet - a more up to date version of Google Pay.

I don't remember lots of security questions being asked, tbh.

Most banks endorse GW and, indeed, are part of the set-up process.

Banks like GW etc as the payment method is far more secure than chip & pin plus your information is not given to the retailer - which it is in a chip & pin transaction.

Waaay back when I was doing a bit of distance running there was a chap who cycled from, iirc, Kidderminster to Solihull to take part in a 100k road race ( 5k laps ). I chatted to him afterwards as he was getting ready to cycle home and he was just so matter of fact about the fact that as the race was on a Sunday there was no way for him to get there on public transport in time for the start of the race he decided to cycle there. And they used to say that I was bonkers...
They knew I were bonkers though.

The bikes on the left are on hangers, the ID9 folder is under the work bench with the motorbikes. Motorbike fine down there as I no longer ride.

The Subway electric is on a pulley system I got off Ebay for pennies and it plays the Thunderbirds theme as it lowers the bike.

The garage is a single, but surprisingly spacious. 19 feet on the inside length, 11.5 on the width, so virtually a 1.5 sized job. Its plenty big to wheel bikes, lawnmower, etc, in and out with the Volvo in it. Chatting to the site manager just after we moved in and he was saying garages had got so small that in many cases even a modest sized car wouldn't fit, so the government changed regs so garages on new builds have to be a minimum size. Idea was that people might actually keep a car in them instead of dumping them in the street, but to my knowledge im the only person on the development with an actual car in it.

Good size garage there.

The garage in the new houses we are looking at are 20' 3" by 10' 2".

Not a bad size at all.

We prefer what is a slightly smaller 4 bed detached than others on the site as the garage is detached rather than integrated.

That way we get overhead storage like yours.

An industrious day today, helped by the nice weather. Mrs Gunk spent the day gardening, I cleaned our Weber Grill which has seen a busy summer, hit it with Mrs Muscle and a cordless jet wash feeding off a bucket of hot water. It’s now tucked away in the garage for winter.

This afternoon I made a veggie shepherds pie for supper, now finally relaxing with a cheeky beer.
