When I had mine she would have just chased them but got very confused if she every caught one

she also didn't like water that was too deep - I suspect yours will have a different opinion!

I take omeprazole, have done for some years, it often comes in different sized boxes branded from different manufacturers but is always labelled "Omeprazole".

At one point, my Ventalin inhaler for asthma was changed to a generic brand

as was the prescription from other people in the area

we were assured that the active ingredient was exactly the same so it would work just as well

it didn;t - I am not that bad - but when I needed on quick puff (stop giggling!!) then I suddenly needed 3-4

others were worse

I went back to the doctor and he changed the prescription to specify the actual brand - that allowed (forced????) the pharmacist to supply that
Rather than the cheaper "generic" version

the cheaper version disappeared after a few years

I'm in a David Lloyd "health" club. Mrs P is in yoga. #1SP is tearing round the play area while we wait for lunch to arrive. Getting lunch with less than 700 calories is almost impossible. I'm on omelette for 375 cals.

@Dave7 you mentioned HR on your treadmill. 88 average I think you said. I just walked flat out for 2.6 miles in 43 minutes. Average HR 96. Strikes me your doing OK.

I agree Dave is doing OK!!

I think with anything like that it is always best to build up slowly and you will find that it gets easier

this year I found that I had not been out on my ebike for quite a while for various reasons
so I started riding round on teh flatter bits and with the motor assist turned up a bit

by the end of the summer (i.e. a week ago!) I was able to get up teh hills before I even noticed I was at them
one in particular I have always avoided on normal rides - but over the last month I can get up it without even changing gear!
but that is the result of a gradual build up over the first few months

Well apparently we have the grand kids overnight again tonight

we are presuming we are picking them up at 4 and they will come here for tea

any later and they don't calm down before bed time but sometimes their Mum wants to give them tea so she sees them for longer after work

I do wich people would make more detailed arrangements before time!!

Tell me about it! And I always pick a face with the biggest numerals.

I haven't had a digital watch for many years

I used to have a waterproof one that I used for sailing but when that broke I was no longer sailing much

when I won some money I spent some of it on 2 watches that were quite expensive and I use them all the time now
they are analogue and do not have fancy wifi and all that!!
