I love the language in the ad' - what size tyres are you going to STUFF in?!
I'll start with tubeless 32s as that's what I ride now. There's room to go to 36mm

I once had the loan of one of these for a few weeks. If I was a single man it would be hanging over the fireplace. It was the most stunningly beautiful bike I've ever seen......including any I've owned!!

My daughter wanted me to go to one of those meeting type things for single old farts. I am not interested in meeting anyone after Sue.
A local pub used to 'host' one every Tuesday morning. Free coffee/tea and bickies. Just to meet different people. Sounds good but I didn't go. I had a vision of walking in and everyone already being in groups of people they already know.
The forecast here says that we can expect the apocalypse snowfall and high winds at 8pm tonight, so I am expecting to wake up to an enormous amount of the white stuff..... or maybe not.
I think rim brake bikes looked a bit classier?
My titanium Sabbath looks quite good to me anyway.

That's a very nice bike. Didn't know you had one.
Have you still got 8/9/10 bikes?
To be honest, the way my love for cycling has dwindled I could do with getting rid of a few.
Afternoon, I've been shopping at Sainsburys there was a lot of items in short supplyMorning. Minus 4 and I am now fed up of the cold. Feels a long time yet until spring.
Car tax renewal.......is it me ??
Just had my renewal reminder in the post..... .....£315 !!!!
Can't recall last years price but I dont recall it being that much.
A
£315 annual car tax payment in the UK (for the 2025/2026 tax year) applies to cars registered between March 1, 2001, and March 31, 2017, which fall into tax Band H (CO2 emissions of 166 to 175 g/km)
We have 16 (60F) here in Florida. But then we also have the snowbirds who leave the lows temps to come down here from the north and suck up our warm. They also clog the roads with their cars and bodies, cause crashes galore and make general nuisances of themselves. Then when the spring comes, they all go home and then we start getting 35º days with high humidity. I'll take the cold.
