I tried it as a pub meal once and didnt like it but as you intimate there must be various qualities and various cooking methods/abilities.

Yes, the pub stuff usually bears faint resemblance to proper Halloumi which was originally just sheep and goats milk. Because that's in relatively short supply compared to the amount of cows they started adding cows milk. You can still get the authentic stuff but it's usually a little more expensive. I have a friend who is Lactose intolerant but she can eat genuine halloumi without the usual digestive issues she gets if she ingests cows milk.
Here's the recipe I am going to follow ( but I will use a Air fryer )

I’m glad I don’t have any food intolerances. Must be a pain…..literally!

Good afternoon.
I have made a claim for my stolen phone which has been approved.
They are going to send me a like for like so although I have already bought a new phone, I have a buyer for the replacement already. So I can recoup a bit of the outlay for the new purchase.
