Brrr. Minus 1 again. Just an early walk soon then might have to hang around for a few hours as my neighbour over the road asked if I would be available between 9 and 2 for DPD to uplift a package. I don’t mind as they are nice neighbours and he has obliged me a couple of times taking large items to the recycling centre in his van.

Good morning all.
It's a frosty start to the day here. Looks like it's going to be a nice day.
Nothing from Uncle Ernie this month. 😪
I have the usual dog walk to do first thing
I'm going swimming later on this morning, I'll cycle to the pool, so I'll get an extra bit of exercise.
I think I'll cut the grass again this afternoon, so it starts to look good.
Another busy day in paradise.

Morning all

New oak bedroom furniture delivered yesterday evening.
We saw what we wanted at Oak Furniture Land, but delivery was 10 - 12 weeks. Searching online, we came across Oak Furniture Superstore (no connection with OFL) who were doing the same stuff but with 48 hour delivery. Well pleased with the quality of the items and the service.
Just got to sort out all of our clothes this morning....if we can find them!

My garden rewilding project is going well, just a few more bags of compost to work in to the soil and then I'll sew the wild flower seeds.

Lots of banging going on - and not in the way 'some' of you are thinking!!!

workpeople (all male actually buts lets not make assumptions!) are here and have started knocking tiles off the downstairs loo wall
marking the start of a month of work getting all the bathrooms 'done'
(by all the bathrooms I mean downstairs loo, en-suite and bathroom - we don;t live in Buck House!!!!)
