Well, i am sorry to say that the bike ride planned for later on in the evening has to be cancelled due to our son invited us to a bbq tonight. It would be rude to say No wouldn't it ? Tomorrow then.

Earlier today I pondered the usefulness of spiders. As I cleaned numerous dead flies went in the hoover, a number of webs and spiders followed. There were no flies in the webs. Come on guys, get your act together.......come into my house, poo on the windowsills and don't even repay the hospitality by catching flies.

Speaking of flies, there is a loud, buzzy one in our back room who is about to meet his maker. Drives me nuts.

I see there’s athletics on tonight at 7pm. I will watch them running about getting sweaty while I sit with the fan blowing on me.

Just enjoyed a mega sized (home made) lasagna with garlic toast.....super yummy

Went to the docs and had my blood taken, did some shopping then drove over to Blue Anchor for a stroll along the seafront and an ice cream.

Got back home and cut the back lawns.
That's me done for the day.

Us 7-7.30pm; which is 5 or 6 hours before our normal bedtime.
