Morning all.
I too have risen, and in much less back pain, which is good.
I tried a few squats yesterday (well 125 in the end although not in one go! ) and they seem to stretch the parts of my back that needed stretching, so I'll give that a try again today and see what happens.
Sat in the kitchen doorway looking out now as its raining (I normally take my tea at the patio table just outside)

Good morning folks, small win on the bingo last night, a fiver, and the bus on demand wasn't too late picking us up afterwards, last week we cancelled it and hopped on the ordinary bus it was quicker.

When my Bro called last week he brought one of his baby cucumber which he says are very sweet. So.........breakfast will be barm with cheese and cucumber.
