I've just back from a quick 10 miles.
I felt the need to get out.
The rain that was forecast hasn't arrived, and the sun is shining.

Washing machine, dishwasher , larder fridge, larder freezer, plus another larder fridge in the outhouse that's used for beer are all Bosch.

What a sad afternoon, our lovely next door neighbour was taken ill a couple of weeks ago and visited hospital, she had a scan a few days later and was going to see a consultant. There's been a lot of activity over the last week and I asked her daughter how her mum was, turns out she's not long for this world. A couple of hours ago our doorbell rang, it was her sister asking if I'd be kind enough to witness the will. They're taking her to our local hospice this evening. 🥲
It's been a bit of a rubbish year this year.

I bought a new sander form Amazon yesterday. Its a bosch. We've been meaning to get a new one for ages. That will come I handy as i am about to re do the bathroom.

Binge watched most of an American police serial last night called Unbelievable about catching a serial rapist. It’s supposed to be based on a true story. I really wanted to finish it, but it was heading for midnight and I still had 2 episodes to go, so will finish it this evening. It’s excellent.

Mains because the battery was really expensive and it's not an item we will use a lot, so the battery would just be left.

Nipping down to the street market on the harbour at 10am, then hopping on the steam train to Minehead for lunch.

I woke with good intentions to get certain things done but tbh they soon evaporated......so I have no idea what (if anything) I am doing.
Ohh, there is one 'must do'.... the front door bell fell off. Its a cordless, remote type so I need some double sided sticky pads. I KNOW I did have some but where they are now ???
