Christmas day here rained most of the time but not cold >20C. I measured 25 mm in the gauge on Boxing Day morning.
It was dry in the morning on Boxing day so I was able to the Rolloff oil change on my Thorn Mercury. In the arvo a band of orange rain cells crossed and we had about 5mm. In fifteen minutes.
Dry and humid and about 25C this morning for my 45 km ride with my Wednesday group. We lingered at the coffee shop for longer than usual.

Morning all :hello:

Been invited to lunch by our mates in Minehead.
I think there will be turkey on the menu......
Very wet and windy here today as storm Gerrit makes inroads.

Good morning folks,
It's blowing a hoolie ( I can hear the wind noise as we have a gas fire and the chimney flue is a kind of untuned musical instrument)
Another sleepover last night with Mrs Tkk sleeping on the super comfy sofa bed with granddaughter and me having the double bed all to myself.
Second part of my shingles jab at the Doctors surgery this morning.
Have a peaceful day folks 👍

Right - so that's Christmas over

just the rest of teh turkey to finish so it'll be that and chips tonight

weather is wet and windy and probably chilly - so I'm staying it mostly - certainly no bike!

do need to check if blood tests have come back yet - iron was low apparently so I have been taking tabletes for 6 weeks
also dentist says I need another checkup - last one seems recent but I suppose I better ring and make an appointment
will also need to try to make one for SWMBO - who is highly dentist phobic and hasn;t been near one for over 10 years!
I suspect hers will need to be private - but at least she is asking me to try to sort it out!
