People keep saying how great tubeless is but I keep reading stuff like this. Sounds way more hassle than it's worth.
Yes, people say this but I'd disagree. It's usually people who have had some bad luck.
For me in four years, inserted one worm on a ride, changed no tubes, found seven sealed punctures on the old tyres when inspected after putting on the new ones. No more going to the garage and finding a slow puncture has deflated and a tube needs changing etc.
The big thing though is comfort. Much lower pressures means tubeless glide over rough patches. I wouldn't go back.
This one is potentially self-inflicted. I changed from a tried and tested valve to one with valve caps with integrated core remover. With hindsight probably a mistake.
