Diabetic retinopathy, the drops they put in sting like hell and your sight may be blurry for a few hours afterwardsIs that the Slit test or something? I used to take dad for that.

Yeah Mrs D is diabetic as a consequence of the MS treatment and she goes once a year. It means a day off work for her, or at best a few hours working from home if her eyes recover sufficiently.Diabetic retinopathy, the drops they put in sting like hell and your sight may be blurry for a few hours afterwards
Morning I have to go for diabetic eye screening this afternoon

Hope it goes well for you.
Tested negative which is a bugger really. I feel fine but if I'm going to be positive I'd like to get it out the way ASAP.
I didn’t even know people were still testing. I presume you have to pay for the kits?
There's no requirement to test but I view it as a social responsibility. I sat with my son next to me for six hours on Tuesday, he had a very bad cough. We spent 90 minutes in the car together. He's positive so there's a high possibility I will be.
Tonight I was due to meet a friend and work side by side on his laptop, Friday in a quiz team, Saturday manning the bar, Saturday or Sunday Club Ride and sat in a cafe, Sunday evening theatre trip, Monday night football, Tuesday is granddaughter day. All of this with family and friends, four of whom are clinically vulnerable with suppressed immune systems.
For me, and this is very much a personal view, I think it would be highly irresponsible not to test and also to make a decision about each individual activity.
Tests are £2.50 each. I suspect I'm very much in the minority.
That won't take long, it's only 2 words. Oh my god, I'm turning into Classic!I suspect so now.
Still drizzling here.
I’ve had scrambled egg on toast for lunch. Might just read this afternoon.
I think we can see the end now
