Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Spaghetti and meatballs today

That's because it's the Isle of Arran.
Managed a little 3.4 mile run. The legs were feeling a bit heavy as usual so it wasn't pretty
Another lovely day here though. Couple of parcels due at some point, otherwise nothing exciting.
Jeez, that's expensive. Sadly all parking charges seem to have shot up, especially if you are looking for long term rather than just a quick hour to shop.
In Chorley the first hour is free on some car parks which are perhaps 3 minutes walk to the main town centre car park. People complain about the high cost of parking to just "nip into M&S Food" which is bang next door to the car park yet won't walk for 2-3 minutes to get an free. Bonkers.
I haven't paid to park in town for probably 20 years.

@SpokeyDokey looks a very respectable ride to me. Without wishing to lecture may I suggest you should drink more. You mentioned a kidney issue and I've no idea if there is a connection to how much you drink. Personally I'd have emptied that one bottle, possibly more. I used three litres on Monday and still felt dehydrated yesterday.

Back from hospital. They have taken my beautiful wife off 'everything' now ie not even any water.
Its just a waiting game now.
